Rowena the Fish

Morning Crafty Peeps, Today, I created a creation from the sponsor Digtial Delights over at Tuesday Throwdown, challenge TT136. Her name is Rowena, per colored and the theme is "Thinking of You"

    Rowena is awesome, Berni! She is so bright and colorful, reminding me of the Japanese kites we used to play with on the beaches in So Cal back in the day - so pretty! The background looks amazing and I like the die cuts scattered around Rowena to make a frame. Sweet!
