One Layer Wednesday

Over at OLW95: Stars and Stripes This week's One-Layer Wednesday Challenge is to make a one-layer card with at least one star and one stripe. Obviously, this week's challenge is in honor of Independence Day in the United States.
Supplies: Recollection paper, memento ink, inkadinkadoo cling, LaPlume Markers
